Have you watched a sunset lately and wondered about the meaning in life? Do you wonder about your purpose? If you have pondered about these existential issues you may be searching for the transcendent, for what is outside of our physical beings. Although spirituality is generally related to religion and can be interrelated, one can be spiritual without being religious. The spiritual dimension is an essential aspect of the human being but at times we don't develop our inner self because we are "too busy" doing things for the external self. Still, what is happening in our external world is a reflection of our internal world.

As we tap into our spirituality we get in touch with our purpose and meaning in life.

Ligia offers one-on-one meditation and group meditation. She also incorporates visualization to work with spiritual issues and the inner child.

Spirituality & Aging

As one ages the spiritual dimension is a great resource in bringing hope, serenity and peace. As a gerontologist and spiritual coach Ligia has done meditation groups with people between 90-103 years of age and realizes that our spirituality is ageless and precious. Her motto is...
